Week 12 results

Queen   5     0   Bums     Adebayor, 1,30, Bent 17, Kalinic 24, Mikel 46
Villa      1      0  Real       Doyle 51
Anxiety  1     3   Dynamo  Jones, 3, Ballack 74, Larsson 77
Pigs      0      3  Bullets     Berbatov 18, 43, Valencia 44
Borgo     3      0  Rifles       Drogba 25, 52, Terry 27
Millers    1     0  Oliver's       Leiva 69

The league campaign reached its half way point, and possibly its pivotal moment. Anxiety slumped at home to Dynamo (If you ever wanted to know the question to which Gary Caldwell is the answer, now you know), leaving the title run clear for arch rivals Borgo Villa, Dynamo and Queen (no cock up against Bums for this manager) might still be in with a shout if they can put a run together. One or two teams (Oliver's, Rifles, Bums and Pigs) will be hoping that their auction acquisitions will get their seasons going again.  However we will all have to wait a while, as next week is fallow and the following one the eagerly awaited Cup Final between Rifles and Dynamo.

I though it might be interesting to go back in time to when the CDFL was just starting out and to show you how some of the founder managers looked back in the day. Thanks to Neil's mum for supplying this belter.

CDFL Blog

It's about time the CDFL dragged itself into the nineties and got an online presence. This blog can be whatever we want it to be - a database of stats, a forum for debate, a vehicle for taking the piss...

Let me know if you think that this is an idea worth pursuing and if so, what you'd like to see on here.
